AFLV exists to accelerate progress in fraternity & sorority communities through change-enabling experiences. Within this site, you will find the Individual Named Awards program. 

To Apply (Two Options Available)

You are able to (1) submit as a guest or (2) create a log-in. The only way to save and return to an incomplete application you'll need to create a log-in. If completing the application as a guest, you'll have to complete the application all at once.
